Public relations needs to be measured to determine ROI, just like advertising. MediaWorks provides full reporting capabilities on every press release sent out. If we blast out over your own customer list we will provide an excel spreadsheet with the bounces so you can remove or update on your own records. Our telemarketers will also contact the bounced list and update the emails if desired, then resend the release.
